We manufacture structural components for Aircraft and Spacecraft, by machining metals (mainly aluminum and titanium), using state-of-the-art machinery with up to 5 axes and a Team of selected professionals, both in Production (machine operators) and in support engineering (Technical Department, CNC Programming, Equipment designers, Specialized Testing Operators…).

CAPABILITIES
We have six big 5-axis machineries able to machine components up to 8m size. While for long components (wing spar, beam) we have four 5-axis machineries able to machine components up to 4m long. For normal size components we have 3 palettized 5-axis machinery able to machine 1.6m long items.
The compliance to the drawing of our components is guaranteed by three CMM able to measure items up to 8m by 3m with microns of precision.
